FORT ONLINE REGISTRATION NOW OPEN for 2025 2026 Year
The FORT Wayne Swim Team 2025-2026 ONLINE REGISTRATION will open Saturday August 9th. Go to our website home page, scroll down a bit, click on the reddish-brown box that says FORT Online Team Registration on the left halfway down and follow instructions. ALL returning swimmers/members and all new swimmers/families should process their FORT Team Registration this way. You MUST know your swimmer’s group assignment. You will be asked to select group/main practice site. You should get an email regarding group assignments. If you have not received an email regarding your swimmer’s group assignment, please do not do your registration until you know the proper group assignment. You should also be able to go into your account and see that as well. If you are unsure, please reach out to a coach. If for some reason you cannot do your registration via our Online Registration process, please let me know and I will work with you on getting your registration processed. Please make certain to pay attention to select payment plan option and payment method correctly. You can pay via CC, check (made out to Fort Wayne Swim Team) or cash. This Online Registration will be for your FORT account: your FORT Registration Fee of $110 per swimmer, your swimmer’s FORT Dues (annual, installment 1st payment or 1st monthly payment option) and a $25 per family Concession Fee (to assist with concession costs for our FORT Hosted meets, Swim-a-thon, etc.).
Remember, there is a CC & ACH processing fee if you elect to pay that way.
Your USA Swimming and IN Swimming Registration/Membership Fees are done the same as last year, on the USA Swimming website under your swimmer account. USA Swimming requires ALL swimmers to have a USA Swimming membership account and you will then pay the USA/IN Swimming Registration fees via your USA Swimming account. For returning members that are already USA members you should renew your USA/IN Swimming membership, but you CANNOT DO THAT UNTIL AFTER SEPT 1. If you were on a different USA team previously, then you will need to do a “Transfer” on your USA member account and indicate your team affiliation as Fort Wayne Swim Team. If you don’t have a USA Swimming member account, you will need to set one up on the USA Swimming website. No matter if you already have a USA/IN Swimming membership or you do not have one, this year that fee is around $89: this includes USA Swimming membership and IN Swimming membership fees. You will need to pay this via a credit card on USA Swimming website/account. Parents will need to be involved in the setting up of new swimmers’ account and paying these for their swimmers. For brand new swimmers/families, I will be sending out links and instructions on where to go and how to set up your USA Swimming membership account and the payment of those fees. Also, any new swimmers will need to provide a copy of their Birth Certificate, please send that to Coach John Gibson.

If anyone would like to pay their FORT Fees/Dues via ZELLE that is now an option. If your financial institution provides that payment option you can now do so. Just use email [email protected] when setting up your ZELLE payment.
