You are welcome to tryout the Fort Wayne Swim Team at anytime. All new swimmers must arrange for an in water swimmer evaluation by one of our coaches in order to determine their readiness and if ready which of our training groups would be best for them to start out in. We do offer a free 2-week tryout after the readiness/skills evaluation if requested.. We are able to arrange swimmer evaluations at anytime throughout the year as well.
We will be having OPEN HOUSE EVALUATION/TRYOUT NIGHTS on Wednesday August 13 and Thursday August 14 at 6:00-7:00pm at the Carroll High School (NACS) Pool and the Summit Middle School (SACS) Pool for any new or interested swimmers/families. Coaches will be doing swimmer evaluations & Answering questions on these nights.
Starting August 9, 2025, you may register using our Online Registration option, click on the 2025-2026 ONLINE REGISTRATION button on the right hand side of the home page of our web site. You can find all the necessary forms below or by clicking on the "Contact Us" tab on the left, then on "Forms/Documents". If it is your first time signing up for the FORT Team, you will need a copy of your swimmers Birth Certificate that you may drop off at the pool to the attention of Coach John or email a copy to [email protected].
